Biography
Indra Purnama is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII). He holds a Ph.D. and a B.Sc. in Physics from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.
Prior to joining UIII, he accumulated a decade of industry and applied research experience, serving as a Senior Data Scientist at VISA, Assistant Vice President of Data Science at Bank Mandiri, Head of Data Science at OLX Autos Indonesia, and Research Fellow at NTU Singapore and DGIST South Korea. His academic and research interests primarily focus on applied data science, machine learning, generative AI, time-series forecasting, computer vision, and interdisciplinary data applications.
